We booked through Carnival cruise line the transfer from cruise port to Tampa Airport, and you can request accessible transportation if required.

We had a direct flight with Westjet mid evening the only downside was that the check in counter refused to take our luggage off our hands when we arrived in the morning and had to stay with our luggage all day into the evening before we could check it in.
