B2 Miami Downtown Hotel

B2 Hotel in Downtown Miami was a perfect location very close to the cruise port.

***UPDATE: IT APPEARS THE HOTEL HAS NOW CHANGED TO YVE HOTEL***

Lots of shopping in the area.

Bayside shopping is at the shore, a short walking distance from hotel.

Tour Bus

This tour bus had a wheelchair symbol at the front door and appeared to have a ramp there. We where only there one night but perhaps next time we will consider taking this, I think there is a stop around the Bayside shopping area where you can get it.

According to this website the ticket prices are reduced for seniors and wheelchair users.

The website no longer appears to exist but many tours around Miami are available.

There was transportation to the port from the hotel (ask the porter or service desk at hotel), it made multiple stops at the different terminals at the port, the one we took was not wheelchair accessible but a portable travel scooter could be taken as long as you can get on the bus itself.
